Introduction

Our goals are to build up the scientific database on health benefits of natural resources which have been consumed by ancestors and to provide commercial products to let people be “young and healthy to inner- and outer- well-being” through the modern cutting-edge technologies. To achieve these goals, our group mainly do the following tasks - profiling of multi-bioactive components in natural resources, development of efficacy-maximizing technologies through increasing bioavailability, lab & pilot-scaled product development, and contents planning for effective marketing based on products’ scientific data.

In addition, to foster disciples in food industries needed for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we run connected projects with undergraduate students, which they can experience from the very beginning of the product development to product marketing.
